Made-to-Order Production
At Sabrina Scarf, each item is carefully handcrafted and produced for you after your order is placed. Due to this bespoke, made-to-order process, all items are considered custom-made.

Returns & Cancellation
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Exchanges
We understand that selecting the perfect piece can sometimes require adjustment. Therefore, we offer a refined exchange option under the following conditions:
* Exchanges are permitted once only
* Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
* Exchange requests must be approved in advance
* Exchanges are only possible for another item or store credit (no refunds)
Minor variations in finish or detailing are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sabrina Scarf reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
