Sabrina Scarf will send your order by the package service of Post NL. We do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Please note that we have a delivery time:
- It takes 3 to 5 office days to receive your package inside the Netherlands.
- Shipping to countries within Europe will arrive in 5 to 10 office days.
- Do you live outside the EU, then delivery can take up to 10 days or more.
- Please allow an additional delivery time of 2-3 office days for customized scarves.
Upon receipt the shipment must be checked for accuracy and completeness. All Sabrina Scarves are individually packaged in a luxury box, this box keeps your scarf clean, organized and beautiful.If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging, attached and accompanied by an original Sabrina Scarf returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns or exchanges of online orders, must be returned in original condition within 14 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. Your return or exchange will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days. Customized scarves are excluded from the right to withdraw.
You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us at Sabrina Scarf. The shipping costs for a return or exchange must be paid by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return procedures have not been followed. You can return your package to our postal address with a shipping service of your own choice. For a quick delivery we recommend the services of www.postnl.nl.
