Sabrina El Askandarany is a self-taught fashion designer born and raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with proud Egyptian heritage. Growing up in a traditional, entrepreneurial Egyptian family, Sabrina developed a lifelong fascination with glamour and fashion, driven by a deep love for Swarovski crystals. Known among friends and family as the ultimate Swarovski enthusiast, she dreamed from a young age of building her own brand.
While studying law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Sabrina worked with Swarovski for over nine years, frequently earning recognition as a top seller in the Benelux region. This experience deepened her knowledge of the brand and strengthened her commitment to her dream of starting a business that would embody her passion for Swarovski crystals and her love for fashion.
Inspired by her travels and the common desire among women worldwide to feel beautiful, Sabrina realized that a scarf is a timeless accessory, enhancing any outfit and exuding femininity and elegance. This sparked her vision for a brand that would combine exquisite Swarovski crystals with unique scarf designs, creating a luxurious, versatile accessory that would empower women to express their inner “diva.”
Driven by creativity and attention to detail, Sabrina established Sabrina Scarf in 2018. Each design is crafted with precision, using carefully selected Swarovski crystal colors, sizes, and styles to complement premium fabrics. Inspired by nature, art, and architecture, Sabrina infuses her designs with elegance and sophistication, making each piece a statement of timeless beauty.
